Stephens, Construction Attorney, LEED AP, is a lawyer in Construction and Green Law Service Groups at Stites & Harbison.  She is a frequent speaker and author on construction topics.  Ms. Stephens earned her J.D. from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and her B.S. in Civil Engineering, with high honors, from the University of Louisville Speed Scientific School.

Presented by:

Joe Rey-Barreau is an architect, an Associate Professor at UK College of Design, and lighting designer with over thirty years of experience as a design professional. 
Since 1995 Joe has served as the Director of Education and Education Consultant for the American Lighting Association and has developed and presented hundreds of lighting education courses for both the lighting industry and for allied professionals such as architects, engineers and interior designers.

'Kentucky Home Performance: A New Market Opportunity for Energy Efficiency Investment in Existing Homes'

 Presented by:

Van Meter Pettit, AIAholds a BA from Princeton University and a Masters of Architecture from University of Texas at Austin. As a licensed architect, Van has worked in design and construction for 20 years. He belongs to the AIA, NCARB, and is certified as a BPI Building Analyst and a Green Advantage professional. Currently he works at the Kentucky Housing Corporation as a consultant on a variety of energy efficiency and green initiatives. He has played an integral role in developing the Ky Home Performance program and the training resources necessary to work in the field.
